My name is Katie Kelly. I’m a multimodality travel clinician 🩺💀, nutritionist, high performance coach, & biz consultant specializing in human connection & process optimization with over 20 years experience. On social I’m better known as Coach K & I’m just like you!

More importantly, I want you to believe in yourself, your health, your business, your voice, & your ability to live your best life!

I’m known as the sweary, Indiana farmer’s daughter who went from a sick (Crohn’s Disease & bulimia), overweight (lost 60lbs via the carnivore diet & CrossFit), broke bish (was 50k+ in debt) to a thriving, self loving human here to inspire, educate, & mentor!

I post content about life/biz/self improvement anywhere from fat loss, self improvement, disordered eating, Crohn’s, self love, entrepreneurship, healthcare, food, fitness, finance, & everything in between to a social media audience of 47K+!

I am a Purdue University graduate who grew up on my family’s beef cattle & crop farm where agriculture & healthcare were my first loves.

I competed as a competitive CrossFit athlete in my early 30’s. After decades of struggling with my own health issues from Crohn’s, obesity, financial debt, disordered eating, infertility, & hormonal imbalances, I am passionate about helping others find self-love, achieve their health & business goals, & create sustainable success habits for an EXTRAordinary life!

What is your approach to nutrition coaching? Is it right for me?

Personalized coaching is just that – tailored specifically for YOU. If you’ve followed me on social media at all, I pride in taking a no dogma approach to nutrition & fitness. They are as unique as your story & your specific needs. Together we come up with a lifestyle & routines created to easily take you from where you are today – to where you want to be as far as your specific goals. My goal is to find a solution to help you change your life & find your health & happy. I specialize & have personal experience in sports nutrition, tracking macros, disordered eating recovery, meat-based (carnivore) low carb diets, & digestive issues such as IBS & IBD (I myself have Crohn’s & personally follow a meat-based diet to manage my special needs.

— Includes in-depth review of food logs (if applicable) & current nutrition/health status via phone. We address any issue of concern, discuss goals & appropriate implementation of nutrition, macro & meal plans, training, & supplementation to achieve those goals. All skill levels & diet preferences welcome. 

These are one-time calls, around 30 minutes-1 hour for most. Session lengths are tailored specifically for you. You also have free full access to the guide bundle (valued at $110):

What do you need to know to help my figure out my calories & macros? Why can’t you just give me macros without having me track or knowing my history?

Just like we’re all unique, wonderfully made humans, your diet & training need to be tailored accordingly. All of our stories are different which make a different in what food, diet, training, macros, calories, supplements, etc are appropriate & most optimal for our goals.

Below are some details that go into MORE OPTIMALLY creating a plan specifically for you, that way you understand the kind of information that is important:

  • Age, Current Weight, Height
  • Training Modalities & Preferences: How you prefer to workout. CrossFit vs running vs yoga vs Orange Theory vs walking vs Barre vs Bodybuilding vs power lifting etc.
  • Daily Activity: steps, job, kids, schedules etc.
  • Training Frequency, Volume, Intensity
  • Previous Dieting History: disordered eating, low carb, high carb, low fat, have you been chronically dieting, eating in a surplus, etc.
  • Medical History: allergies, IBD, IBS, gut issues, hormonal issues, cancer, thyroid, diabetes, PCOS, etc.
  • Your Goals, Preferences, Special Needs
  • Mindset & Mental Health
  • Lifestyle

Can you also help me with a workout routine & training program?

Yes! I am also a certified personal trainer & CrossFit Level 1, which allows us to work together on customized training program design as an additional service to nutrition coaching. I’ve created specific plans that are also available for purchase without signing up for nutrition coaching.

How often do we communicate?

You can schedule coaching calls as much as you need (They’re a one time call, investment of $300 per call). Choose your own adventure! I am a punctual responder by nature, so text is the quickest form of contact if you need something. If things are going fantastic, which they often do, & you feel there is no need to for additional calls or adjustments, we can quickly check in via text to simply let me know how you’re doing.

Why do I need to track macros?

Macros are short for macronutrients. They are your Protein, Fats, and Carbs. These are what our daily Calorie intake is made up of. Protein and Carbs have 4 calories per gram and Fats have 9 calories per gram. By individually tailoring your daily macros, we can better optimize your daily caloric intake as a tool to help you achieve the health & body composition you desire. They will help you make sense to why you aren’t progressing &/or feeling a certain way. Less guessing. You also have to master the basics & build your foundation first. You can’t build a house without a foundation.
