This Ain’t My First Rodeo

I’m really drawn to smart people. Not just book-smart, but those who know a lot about life & themselves. In my words, “This ain’t my first rodeo.” 😝🤠

Those who are always looking to improve themselves & embrace their unique essence.

I like being with someone who knows more than I do & can teach me things. While it’s up to me to learn & grow, I appreciate being around someone who shares their knowledge with me.

I am so grateful for all of the reciprocal relationships in my life 🌹

Giving & receiving

Supporting & being supported

I don’t take them for granted & vow to be this person for someone else too.

📜 Life’s classroom teaches us invaluable lessons, here’s 4:

1. Embrace change with an open heart.💕

2. Learn from your mistakes; they’re stepping stones. 🏁

3. Cultivate gratitude; it’s the key to happiness. 🙏

4. Cherish relationships, for they’re life’s true treasures. 👑

That’s why the 20s are formative. You do things, f* k up, deal with the consequences. That’s what forms you.

It’s also how you learn & grow & how you change. You aren’t meant to go thru any season of your life with it all figured out.

Get out there, do stuff, choose the wrong things, f*ck up, fix what you can, don’t hurt people if you can avoid it, be kind, do better & more interestingly intentional next time.
